At Podcast Studio Amsterdam, operated by 301 STUDIOS B.V., all services are provided in person at our recording studio. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for studio bookings.

Studio Bookings
All studio bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your session, you must cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled start time or failure to attend will result in the full amount being charged, as the studio is reserved and prepared specifically for your use.

Refunds
Refunds are not issued for missed or late-cancelled sessions. If a session is cancelled more than 6 hours in advance, we may offer to reschedule the booking subject to availability.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to exceptional circumstances or a service issue, please contact us directly. Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received it, please contact us at studiobooking@weare301.com.
